Membership Policy
This policy explains:
- How we run our Group waiting list and what you need to do to remain on the waiting list
- How places are offered to applicants and members within the Group
- How members move from one section in the Group to another
Behaviour Policy
This policy aims to set out standards of behaviour that all members of the Group should adhere to. This includes young people, Young Leaders, Section Teams, Trustees, parent helpers, and any other people associated with the Group. This policy primarily deals with behaviour standards for our young members, but discusses adult behaviour violations in the final section.
GDPR Policy
This policy explains:
- What kinds of personal data the Group collects
- How we might use or share personal data in order to offer our Scouting programme
- When we delete personal data in the event of a member leaving the Group
Subscriptions Policy
This policy explains:
- When subscription payments are due and the current amount paid
- How we collect subscription payments through OSM
- What happens in the event of non-payment
- How to apply for support with subscription payments via our Group hardship policy
- What to do about subscription payments if a member leaves the Group
